17-Year-Old Killed in Bus-Bicycle Accident on North Center St. in Bradford, NY
Bradford, NY — June 9, 2023, a 17-year-old on a bicycle was killed in a collision with a bus around 5:15 p.m. on North Center St. in Bradford.
According to officials, the victim was cycling at Pleasant St. and North Center St. when he was struck by an Area Transportation Authority (ATA) bus. The Bus was purportedly headed west on Pleasant St. and it is currently believed the teenager was going south on North Center St.
Witnesses allegedly told officials the teen was alert and speaking with them after the collision, but he later succumbed to his injuries.
