San Antonio, TX — October 29, 2024, One person is injured following an 18-wheeler accident around 6:00 A.M. on I-35 South near New Laredo Highway.
According to reports from the San Antonio Police Department, the tractor trailer was driving on wet road conditions from recent rainfall, when the vehicle lost control and entered a skid before then causing the truck to jackknife.
The front portion of the semi then fell off the side of the overpass, with its rear still affixed to the road. Upon arrival by first responders, they discovered the driver had sustained moderate, but not life threatening injuries. As of this writing, there has been no mention of any charges or citations being issued to the driver.
