Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
Something I haven't seen a lot of information on is the pond in which the boy was found. When it comes to retention ponds in a residential area like this, there's often a serious concern of whether or not the water feature should be restricted from public access. I wonder if that's something officials are looking into here, as well.
