Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
There isn't much information that can be confirmed right now, but That unfortunately doesn't always prevent people from jumping to conclusions. I've seen countless motorcycle wrecks where something completely beyond the driver's control led to the accident. Yet many people still are quick to assume the rider was being reckless simply because they assume all motorcyclists are dangerous drivers. My concern is when authorities share this bias and let it negatively impact their investigations. Hopefully they didn't do so here so the victim's loved ones were able to get clear answers about what happened.
