Hello, I’m Michael Grossman. I’m a Texas-based trial attorney and founder of Grossman Law Offices.

Hello, I’m Michael Grossman.

As a Texas attorney practicing for 30 years, I have litigated all manner of wrongful death and serious injury cases. When I'm not in the courtroom, I like to blog on accident news from around the country to show just how common negligence is.

I use this blog as a place to write opinion/editorial articles on a variety of topics that catch my interest and as a means of sharing news stories relevant to wrongful death accidents.

Three key things for readers to know about this blog:

  1. I don’t write about these crashes to advertise or solicit business. My firm does well enough that it affords me the time to engage in educational outreach activities like this.
  2. After some crash posts, I choose to comment on some of legal issues that typically arise in similar crashes. This isn’t legal advice. Please don’t treat it as such. Instead, my goal is to get people thinking about aspects of serious crashes that most people would never consider, because they might see one of these crashes in a lifetime, whereas I’ve seen thousands over the last 3 decades.
  3. If you don’t want your loved one’s crash on the blog, leave me a comment and I’ll take it down. Everyone reacts differently to a catastrophic crash. Some appreciate my posts as a small memorial to their loved one, many people believe that what I write gives them a new perspective on events, while others feel that any printed word about their loved one is an intrusion. The goal of this blog isn’t to tick you off or cause more pain in a difficult time.

It’s my hope that everyone learns a bit more about how the law works. If you’re curious about who I am, when I get time away from the office, I’m usually with my wife and 3 kids or sport fishing one of the many of the fabulous lakes here in Texas.
