AJ Gray Killed in Dump Truck Accident in Mount Enterprise, TX
Mount Enterprise, TX — October 3, 2022, AJ Gray sustained fatal injuries as the result of an accident involving a dump truck at a work site.
Officials with the Occupation Safety and Health Administration released initial details about the fatal accident which they say happened in the 400 block of East Panola Street. Right now, the exact circumstances leading up to the fatal accident are unclear.

Details say that 18-year-old AJ Gray was on a job site when a dump truck somehow crushed him. This resulted in Gray succumbed to fatal injuries. Details currently do not say if anyone else was hurt.
The public incident investigation summary released by OSHA officials currently shows there were two suspected violations relating to the accident. From those alleged violations, there was a recommendation for penalties of up to $7,459. The status of those potential fines is unclear at this time. OSHA investigators have not provided additional details about the fatal accident.
