Lufkin, TX — July 8, 2024, Ashley Hicks was injured as the result of a truck accident at around 3:53 a.m. along Ellen Trout Drive.

According to initial details about the accident, it happened in the area of Ellen Trout Drive and Sayers Street.

Investigators said that 31-year-old Ashley Hicks was in a Nissan Altima going southbound on Sayers. While crossing the intersection, a westbound Mack truck crashed into the side of Hicks's vehicle. Due to the collision, Ashley Hicks was seriously injured.
