Hopefully reports that the injuries were minor are accurate, considering how serious the crash seemed. Even potentially “minor” injuries need careful attention, though. I’ve had cases where people’s supposedly minor injuries ended up being far more serious than they initially seemed. That’s why it’s helpful to treat accidents like this as seriously as possible. As they say, it’s better to be safe than sorry. If someone finds themselves lacking evidence they need just because they felt a crash was no big deal, it can create serious issues on down the line.
