Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
People often think car accidents are simple just because they’re common. The reality is each can involve its own unique challenges. Overcoming those challenges requires having as much evidence as possible telling the story. So when victims and families just assume everything will be an automatic process that ends with them getting a fair resolution, they’re a lot more likely to end up empty-handed. But if they take steps to ensure the crash is in the hands of thorough, experienced accident reconstructionists, they give themselves the best opportunity of success. So did that happen here, or is there still more to this crash that never got the attention it needed?
