Even when OSHA alleges multiple violations following an investigation, that doesn’t offer any kind of guarantee that a family will get benefits or even a chance at a proper resolution. Simply put, Texas work fatality law is more complex than in any other state in the country. There is not always an automatic process for families to get help after a worker dies on the job.
