Harris County, TX — December 20, 2025, Colton Meister and one other were injured following a motorcycle accident at around 9:25 p.m. along Grand Parkway.
Initial details about the accident say that it happened in the area of the Highway 99 and Morton Road intersection.
According to officials, 19-year-old Colton Meister was on a Yamaha motorcycle going northbound along the highway. Another motorcyclist was going the same direction. Somehow, the bikes collided, seriously injuring both Colton Meister and the other rider.

I always tell folks not to jump to conclusions before there’s been a proper investigation into a crash. One of the issues with motorcycle wrecks, however, is that a proper investigation can be hard to guarantee. A lot of people are inherently biased against riders. I’ve had cases where even the authorities jumped to conclusions instead of considering the evidence surrounding the crash. When that happens, it’s important to have independent investigations from professionals who can put aside their bias. That way, the evidence will be able to speak for itself. Whether or not that would reveal new information here remains to be seen.
