Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

When it comes to rollovers like this, there are a lot of complex details that need attention, and that’s not something authorities can always do on their own. For example, I rarely see authorities investigate potential vehicle defects following a rollover crash. But if there was something wrong the driver didn’t know about, that’s something the family needs to know about, one way or another. So either authorities can show they’re looking into things from every angle, or there may need to be outside efforts to get the crash the attention it deserves.
