Karnes County, TX — December 1, 2025, Brayn Perez was injured as the result of a semi-truck accident that occurred at 11:00 p.m. on Highway 72.

According to initial details about the accident, it happened southwest of Kenedy near County Road 165.

Investigators said that 24-year-old Brayn Perez and another person were in a Chevy Silverado going northeast on the highway. A semi-trailer was going the opposite direction. Those two vehicles crossed paths and collided.

It appears Brayn Perez sustained serious injuries. The truck driver reportedly had non-incapacitating injuries. Other injuries weren't confirmed. At this time, additional details are unavailable.
