Brendan Harvey, Courtney Harvey, 1 Injured in Motorcycle Car Accident in San Marcos, TX
San Marcos, TX — March 10, 2024, Brendan Harvey, Courtney Harvey, and one other person were injured in a motorcycle versus car accident just after 4:30 p.m. along S.H. 21.
According to authorities, 28-year-old Brendan Harvey and 26-year-old Courtney Harvey were traveling on a southbound Harley-Davidson motorcycle on State Highway 21 at the Newberry Trail intersection when the accident took place.

Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, an eastbound Subaru Outback occupied by a 65-year-old woman on Newberry Trail attempted a right turn onto the southbound lanes of S.H. 21 at an apparently unsafe time, failing to yield the right of way to the highway traffic at the stop sign. This resulted in a T-bone collision between the front end of the motorcycle and the left side of the Outback.
Both Brendan Harvey and Courtney Harvey incurred suspected severe injuries as a result of the wreck. The woman from the Subaru suffered moderate injuries, as well, according to reports. All three victims were transported to local medical facilities by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment.
Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
