Cordova, TN — January 24, 2025, three people were injured in a bus accident at about 8 a.m. at Macon Road and Big Orange Road.

Authorities said a school bus crashed into a vehicle near the intersection after another vehicle pulled out in front of it.

One man was critically injured in the crash, according to authorities. A woman and a boy were hospitalized with non-critical injuries.

Authorities said the students on the Memphis-Shelby County Schools District bus were examined by emergency personnel before another bus took them to Mt. Pisgah Middle School.
