Caitlyn Parrish Hicks, Erica Chambers Killed in Car Accident in League City, TX
UPDATE (October 10, 2023): Further information released by authorities identified the other person killed in the crash as 32-year-old Erica Chambers. No additional details can be confirmed right now.
League City, TX — September 24, 2023, Caitlyn Parrish Hicks and another woman were killed following a single-vehicle accident at 10:00 p.m. on Bay Area Blvd.
Galveston area authorities said they were called to the area of the North Bay Area Boulevard and Alderwood Street intersection.

According to officials, 27-year-old Caitlyn Parrish Hicks and a 32-year-old woman were in a Jeep Cherokee going northbound along Bay Area Blvd. For reasons which can't be confirmed at this time, the vehicle went off the left side of the road where it skidded into a tree.
As a result of the crash, both Parrish Hicks and the other occupant in the Jeep sustained fatal injuries. There were no other occupants mentioned by authorities, and the crash is described as a single-vehicle wreck. Currently, no further information is available.
