Abilene, TX — September 6, 2025, a California man was injured following a car versus pedestrian accident around midnight on Interstate 20.
Authorities released preliminary details about the accident, saying it happened on eastbound lanes of the interstate near Ambler Avenue.
According to officials, a 38-year-old California man was on foot along eastbound I-20. While there, a Chrysler passing through struck the man. The California man was seriously injured as a result.

Even unlikely possible factors are important to consider, especially if the victim wasn’t in a position to tell their side of the story due to their injuries.
