Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
When it comes to serious accidents, people sometimes get so caught up in who's to blame, they forget that pursuing a resolution for the victims and families is another legal matter entirely. As such, investigations can't just end at the crash scene. If authorities are too narrow i their focus, they might miss important details that victims and families need. That's why a lot of folks end up looking for independent investigators who can help fill in the blanks and bring the full story to light.
