Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
With single-vehicle wrecks, it's important to allow the evidence to speak for itself. Too often, people jump to conclusions because there was only one driver involved in the crash. However, all kinds of things can go wrong drivers can't necessarily avoid. Jumping to conclusions is only going to let important details slip through the cracks. Hopefully authorities have taken the time to consider all possible factors here, but it's possible independent investigations would show there's more to the story.
