2 Injured in Car Accident in on S.H. 206 in Cross Plains, TX
Callahan County, TX — October 25, 2023, two people were injured in a car accident at about 2:30 in the afternoon along State Highway 206.
According to reports, the incident took place on S.H. 206 in the area just south of Cross Plains, Texas between two different vehicles.

Authorities report that the cause of the accident is unknown. Photographs published in the news show a white SUV stopped on the right shoulder perpendicular to the road with significant front-end damage. The other vehicle involved in the incident was not shown in the photographs. The weather at the time the photos were taken was rainy.
Both drivers involved in the crash were transferred to a local hospital for treatment of injuries incurred during the accident. Neither their identities nor their current condition has not been made public. The incident is still under investigation and no additional details are available at this time.
