Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
A common issue with single-vehicle accidents is people jump to conclusions about the driver's behavior instead of just focusing on the evidence. Victims and families involved in a serious crash never got the help they deserved because people were able to guess at what led to the crash. They the best outcomes when investigators set aside their bias and focus on the facts. Common or not, all possibilities deserve attention to at least rule out unusual possible factors. Is that happening here, or have the investigations thus far been too narrow in scope?
