Houston, TX — October 25, 2024, One person is dead following a car accident at around 3:10 A.M. on Eastex Freeway.
Authorities are currently investigating a serious accident that left one man dead, and one injured in the early morning hours on Sunday on Eastex Fwy near Hwy 59. According to initial reports, a Nissan Versa struck a Ford Explorer from behind, causing it to hit a curb which resulted in it rolling over.
Immediately after rolling it was struck by a third vehicle, a Chevrolet Silverado, causing even more damage to the Explorer. The driver of the Explorer who is only know to be a 66 year old individual, was pronounced dead, and the Silverado driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Not much more information is currently available, however according to reports, none of the individuals reportedly showed signs of intoxication.
