Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
Any serious accident is going to need close attention from investigators, but it's important to especially consider such steps with an accident like this. A trike accident isn't exactly common, and this sometimes leads authorities to see an accident as a low priority. For the victim's loved ones, there is no higher priority than getting answers. If authorities don't take the time to consider these events from all angles, they may leave that family in a position where they'll need a second set of eyes looking things over to ensure nothing important slips through the cracks.
