Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
With a driver allegedly running a light, things may seem pretty open-and-shut. However, every accident will involve its own unique challenges. Overcoming those challenges means the crash needs to be in the hands of experienced and dedicated investigators who will help ensure nothing important slips through the cracks. Sometimes, authorities have all that handled. Other times, it takes more thorough independent investigations. It remains to be seen how things have been handled here.
