Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
A key detail I don't see authorities mention is how visible the victim's vehicle was. If it was stationary without any lights on this early in the morning, it might have been difficult to see and avoid. However, if the vehicle was in a well-lit area or had its hazards on, it would raises serious concerns if a driver somehow failed to see and avoid the disabled car. Have authorities looked into this at all to help understand how all of this could have been avoided?
