Hopefully authorities have been able to identify any potential runaway driver since releasing this preliminary information. If not, there may still be those in the community who could help connect the dots if authorities released a description of the vehicle. The public is one of the authorities' best tools when it comes to finding runaway drivers, so it seems wasteful not to utilize that tool if there was a runaway vehicle here.
