Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
Regardless of what happened here, my hope is authorities have been fair in their investigations. When an accident non-standard vehicles, like motorcycles, scooter, bikes, or other recreational vehicles, authorities sometimes move on too quickly. Instead of giving the accident the careful reconstruction it deserves, they just brush things aside and consider the matter closed. In reality, these situations can be incredibly complex, and that requires careful investigations so no important evidence slips through the cracks.
