When authorities are too hasty in their efforts, that’s when important details slip through the cracks.

For instance, I had a case a while back where a family sought a second opinion on the police reports they received about a loved one’s accident. The reports claimed their loved one wasn’t wearing a seatbelt, which was said to have contributed to their injuries. However, the family was adamant that their loved one always wore their seatbelt, and it didn’t make sense to them. After conducting a more detailed independent investigation, it was revealed that the seatbelt was defective.
