Dean Kiger Killed in Motorcycle Van Accident in Lancaster, OH
Lancaster, OH — April 8, 2024, Dean Kiger was killed following a motorcycle versus van accident just before 12:45 p.m. along County Road 45.
According to authorities, 44-year-old Dean Kiger was traveling on an eastbound motorcycle on County Road 45 in Greenfield Township when the accident occurred.

Officials indicate that, for unknown reasons, a Dodge Ram ProMaster van that was traveling westbound on C.R. 45 attempted a turn into a private drive at an apparently unsafe time. This resulted in a collision between the ProMaster and the motorcycle. Kiger incurred reportedly fatal injuries as a result of the wreck and was declared deceased at the scene. No other injuries have been reported.
