Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
For whatever talk about this crash there is right now in the news, the bottom line is there needs to be a thorough accident reconstruction to get answers for the victim's loved ones. Even unlikely possible contributing factors warrant attention so there can be some guarantee that nothing important slipped through the cracks. As such, it may be important to follow up with authorities and make sure they're dedicating the time and tools necessary for a thorough accident reconstruction. If it seems like their attention is elsewhere, independent investigators may need to step in to ensure no stone goes unturned.
