Harris County, TX — April 29, 2024, Diego Lozano Ruiz was injured as the result of a car accident at around 2:16 a.m. along Clay Road.
Initial details about the accident say that it happened in the area of Clay Road and Windsong Trail, west of Houston.
According to officials, 24-year-old Diego Alexis Lozano Ruiz was in a Chevy Camaro going eastbound along Clay Road. For reasons unclear, the vehicle left the roadway and crashed along the median. Due to the accident, Diego Lozano Ruiz was seriously injured.

When it comes to single-vehicle accidents, people too often jump to conclusions. That's why a lot of victims and families rightfully are concerned about their side of the story being told fairly. If authorities were careful to simply focus on gathering evidence and let the evidence speak for itself, then there probably wasn't anything to worry about.
Sometimes, though, folks find that authorities aren't giving the crash the attention it needs, and there are gaps in the story that need more thorough independent investigations to clear up. Was that needed here, or did authorities do their due diligence?
