Comal County, TX — September 16, 2024 Donald Harrell was injured following a car accident that occurred around 5:08 P.M. on FM 311.
An investigation is underway into a car accident that left one person seriously injured during the afternoon hours of September 16th. According to official reports Daniel Harrell was driving his vehicle westbound on FM 311 when a Nissan Altima pulled out in front of him.
As a result, Harrell collided with the Altima in the intersection of FM 311 and FM 3159 causing severe damage to both vehicles. Upon arrival by first responders they found that Harrell had sustained serious injuries, and was transported to the hospital for treatment. At this time there has been no update on the status of the injuries, or if any charges or citations will be issued, however the accident remains under investigation.
