Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
Considering authorities didn't mention anything about inclement weather, I have to wonder if they're missing something important. The stretch of road where this crash reportedly happened seems to curve to the left for northbound traffic. In typical wrecks where a driver is possibly going too fast (for example) around a left-hand curve, they'd run off the right side of the road. The fact this car went to the left is a bit unusual.
Now, perhaps the information I'm seeing is inaccurate, or maybe authorities just left out something that could explain things. But it could also be a sign that the victim here had no way of avoiding whatever caused the crash. Is that what happened here?
