Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
Hopefully, this crash got all the attention it deserved. I always have concerns with motorcycle wrecks, as a lot of people will simply jump to conclusions. Insurance companies know all too well that people will believe claims of a biker doing something wrong even when there's not evidence to support those claims. That's why it's important that there is evidence. The more facts there are telling a motorcyclist's side of the story, the better their chance of keeping the story straight.
