Eduardo Valdenegro Killed in Semi-Truck Accident in Loving County, TX
Loving County, TX — September 13, 2023, Eduardo Valdenegro was killed due to a semi-truck accident at around 3:57 p.m. along R.M. 652.
According to initial details about the crash released by authorities, the incident happened in the area of the R.M. 652 and C.R. 300 intersection.

Officials said in public statements that 43-year-old Eduardo Valdenegro was in an International semi-truck going along westbound R.M. 652. Crossing the intersection with C.R. 300, authorities allege that a northbound Peterbilt truck failed to yield at a stop sign, resulting in the two vehicles colliding.
As a result of the collision, Eduardo Valdenegro sustained fatal injuries. The other driver did not have reported injuries. There was a recommended citation according to public statements, but potential charges are unconfirmed right now. Currently, there are no additional details.
