Commentary on Eric Bull Tanker Accident in Aroostook County
I always talk about how complex commercial vehicle wrecks are, and this crash involving two is likely only going to make things more challenging. These sorts of events require a lot of experience and particular equipment to ensure nothing unusual slips through the cracks. Folks may be quick to chalk all of this up to the winter weather, but this sort of thing is usually the result of driver negligence. Getting people the help they need means getting answers, which is why I tend to rely on independent accident reconstructionists. Their efforts may prove necessary, here as well.
