People might be quick to write off an accident like this as some freak occurrence. However, proper investigations could show this is a much more complex situation than meets the eye.
The fire may have been due to poor maintenance, leading to a catastrophic mechanical failure. The truck may have had some kind of defect the manufacturer needs to be aware of. Some kind of faulty battery in one of the packages the truck was hauling could have combusted.
At the end of the day, there should be a careful investigation to find out not just what happened but whether or not there could be an issue putting others at risk.
