Felix Fernandez-Salazar Jr. Killed in Motorcycle Accident in Bryan, TX
Bryan, TX — April 27, 2023, Felix Fernandez-Salazar Jr. was killed due to a motorcycle accident at around 5:00 p.m. along South Texas Avenue.
Officials with the Bryan Police Department said that the incident happened in the area of the South Texas Avenue and Mitchell Street intersection.

It appears from preliminary statements in local media that 18-year-old Felix Fernandez-Salazar Jr. was riding a motorcycle along the roadway. Due to a series of events which were not made clear, the motorcycle and a car also crossing the intersection crashed with each other.
Ultimately, the two-vehicle collision led to Fernandez-Salazar suffering fatal injuries. Authorities say that he was pronounced deceased following transportation to a hospital. It appears at least one other person involved had injuries believed to be minor.
Right now, the cause of the crash remains unclear. Authorities have not said if they are considering any charges or citations. Investigations are ongoing.
