Gabriella Regalado Lluberes, Christian Nevarez Killed in Wrong-way Car Accident in Houston, TX
UPDATE (March 4, 2024): The two people who lost their lives as a result of this wrong-way accident have been identified as Gabriella Regalado Lluberes, of Missouri City, and Christian Nevarez, of Houston.
Houston, TX — March 2, 2024, two people were killed in a wrong-way car accident at approximately 4:10 a.m. along North Freeway, I.H. 45.
According to authorities, a 26-year-old man was traveling in a northbound Honda Accord in the southbound lanes of North Freeway in the vicinity of Tidwell Road when the accident took place.

Officials indicate that, as a result of the wrong-way situation, the Honda was involved in a collision with southbound Toyota Rav4 occupied by a 23-year-old woman. Both the man and the woman incurred reportedly fatal injuries as a result of the wreck.
Additional details pertaining to this incident—including the identities of the victims—are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
