Geneva Head, One Injured in Car Accident on N. Valley Mills Dr. in Waco, TX
Waco, TX — December 15, 2022, Geneva Head and another were injured in a car accident around 12 a.m. on N. Valley Mills Dr. in Waco.
Sources report the victims were facing north in a Kia Optima attempting a right-hand turn, in a designated turn lane, to travel east on N. Valley Mills Dr. when rear-ended by a Ford Explorer Sport that was also allegedly attempting the right-hand turn.
Ms. Head reportedly suffered incapacitating injuries and her passenger suffered possible injuries. Both victims were transported to a hospital.
Officials allege the Ford driver claimed their brakes did not work so they were unable to yield and the tow company confirmed the driver's claim. Investigators have not released why the brakes malfunctioned.
