Authorities said that 22-year-old Hector Ramirez was a passenger in a GMC Sierra reportedly driven by 21-year-old Alexander Barrientos. Details can’t be confirmed right now, but authorities say a crash ultimately occurred between the Sierra and a Ford Explorer on westbound lanes along the highway.
