Commentary by Michael Grossman
Even when the cause of a crash seems straight-forward, a car accident reconstruction is likely to be anything but. Ultimately, victims and families looking for a resolution need a lot of clear evidence telling their side of the story, and a simple police report isn't always enough on its own to get that. That's why I have to wonder if steps were ever taken here to make sure the crash got the attention it needed.
