James Arp Killed, 2 Injured in Semi-Truck Accident in Oklahoma City, OK
Oklahoma City, OK— April 19, 2023, James Arp was killed and two others were injured following a semi-truck accident at around 6:00 p.m. along I-44.
Authorities with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said that they were called to the area of eastbound Interstate 44 and Northwest 23rd Street.

Initial details surrounding the crash are minimal at this time. It was apparently a crash that involved at least seven vehicles. One of those vehicles was a commercial truck. Authorities say that the driver of the semi-truck was 46-year-old James Arp.
Following the multi-vehicle collision, authorities say Arp was pronounced deceased. The exact cause of the crash is unclear a this time. At least two others involved in the crash were sent to area hospitals. Right now, the details leading up to the fatal collision are still under investigation. State Police officials did not release any additional details to the public.
