Houston, TX — November 6, 2025, James Atwood was injured as the result of a car accident which happened around 2:51 a.m. along Highway 225.
According to initial details about the accident, it happened at the intersection of TX-225 and Broadway Street.
Investigators said that 39-year-old James Atwood was in a Toyota Rav4 going along the highway. In events not clear, the vehicle lost control and crashed. Due to this, James Atwood reportedly had serious injuries.
There did not appear to be anyone else involved in the accident. Additional details are unavailable.

With single-vehicle accidents, people usually just want to be sure their side of the story is told fairly. That doesn’t always happen, unfortunately. Sometimes, officers let their own bias get in the way. Other times, their departments see the crash as a low priority and pull them to work elsewhere before there’s been a complete accounting of the facts.
That’s why it can be important for victims and families to follow up early on with police. If it seems like they’re able to address all concerns and questions, that’s a good sign. But if the details aren’t adding up, then it may be time for an independent investigator to step in.
