Gaines County, TX — March 31, 2024, Javier Galindo Beltran was killed due to a car accident at around 4:50 a.m. along FM 1757.
Investigators said in initial statements on the crash that it happened in the area of FM 1757 and County Road 243.
22-year-old Javier Galindo Beltran was in a BMW traveling eastbound along FM 1757. While doing so, the vehicle somehow left its lane. There, the vehicle crashed and overturned. Javier Galindo Beltran was fatally injured due to the accident.
There did not appear to be anyone else involved in the accident. Additional details are unavailable at this time.

Single-vehicle accidents can be complex enough on their own considering how often authorities overlook them. When the victim isn’t around to speak for themselves, that only makes things more challenging. That’s why single vehicle wrecks are one of the most common kinds of accidents I get calls about.
My hope is authorities were able to give this accident the attention it deserved so no important details slipped through the cracks. In my experience, though, if families end up with doubts and concerns, it’s because authorities either weren’t able or weren’t motivated to get them the full story.
