Jesse Wargnier Killed, Three Injured in Single-Vehicle Accident in Washington County, OR
Washington County, OR — September 24, 2023, Jesse Wargnier was killed, and three were injured in a car crash on Southwest 175th Avenue near Southwest Cooper Mountain Lane in Washington County, OR.
Authorities indicate that on September 24, a fatal accident occurred when a car collided in Washington County for unknown reasons. According to reports, the crash happened shortly before 1:00 a.m. at Southwest 175th Avenue near Southwest Cooper Mountain Lane.
Investigators say the vehicle left the roadway, flipped over, and came to rest in a ravine on a homeowner's property. Sources say the car had traveled more than twenty feet from the road during the crash. The cause is unknown at this time.
Officials confirmed the driver, Jesse Wargnier, 19, suffered fatal injuries. Three passengers reportedly sustained injuries and were taken to an area hospital for medical attention. The extent of the injuries is unknown, but none were reported as life-threatening. No other injuries were reported, and no other vehicles were involved.
The crash is under investigation.
