Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
With any single-vehicle accident, it's important to know that the victim's side of the story will be told fairly. Unfortunately, police departments don't always prioritize these sorts of wrecks. They might slip through the cracks if officers don't have the time or resources to do a proper accident reconstruction. Ultimately, it's important to let the facts speak for themselves. Either authorities can show they're working to do that, or the crash may need to be put in the hands of more experienced independent investigators.
