Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
One of the biggest concerns when it comes to single-vehicle wrecks is making sure the crash is actually getting the attention it deserves. Sometimes, authorities treat these accidents as a low priority, so they just move on without a second thought. This is when important details can slip through the cracks.
Ultimately, it's important investigations can tell the full story fairly. Sometimes, that requires input from independent accident reconstructionists who can actually dedicate the time and resources needed for a thorough investigation. Whether or not those steps were taken here remains to be seen.
