Jonathan Fuentes Wilson Killed, Juan Pablo Chavez Injured in Car Accident in Ector County, TX
Ector County, TX — September 26, 2023, Jonathan Fuentes Wilson was killed and Juan Pablo Chavez was injured after a car accident at 7:56 p.m. on Loop 338.
Authorities said in their initial statements that the crash occurred in the area of South Loop 338 mile marker 254.
According to officials, 31-year-old Jonathan Fuentes Wilson was in a Chevy Camaro going westbound on the highway while 33-year-old Juan Pablo Chavez was in an eastbound Ford F-150. For reasons which are not confirmed at this time, the vehicles crossed paths and collided head-on.
The accident resulted in a Fuentes Wilson succumbed to his injuries. Chavez had injuries described as non-incapacitating. No other injuries were reported. Currently, there are no additional details to report pending further investigations.
