Josue Rey Lopez Injured in Single-Vehicle Accident in Odessa, TX
Odessa, TX — April 8, 2023 Josue Rey Lopez was injured as the result of a single-vehicle car accident at around 2:00 a.m. along John Ben Shephard Parkway.
According to preliminary details about the crash, authorities said that the incident happened near the intersection of John Ben Shephard Parkway and East 42nd Street.
Investigators said that 30-year-old Josue Rey Lopez was the driver of a Nissan 350Z which was going along northbound lanes of John Ben Shephard Parkway. At the intersection, the Nissan somehow lost control and left its lane. this sent the car off the right side of the road where it overturned off the corner of East 42nd.
As a result of the single-vehicle crash, Lopez sustained injuries described as incapacitating. The details from authorities did not mention anyone else being hurt in the crash. Officials also did not release any additional details about the crash.
